1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Instant Approve ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Instant Approve is a VS Code extension that automatically approves safe actions initiated by AI coding agents. It operates locally on your machine via the Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP) to intercept and approve UI actions within the editor.

3. License Grant

• Free Tier: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension with a 30-minute daily usage limit at no cost.
• Pro License (Monthly): A paid subscription granting unlimited usage. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
• Pro License (Lifetime): A one-time payment granting unlimited usage for the lifetime of the product. "Lifetime" refers to the commercial lifespan of the Extension, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

Each Pro license may be activated on up to 3 devices simultaneously.

4. Productivity Tool Disclaimer

Instant Approve is a productivity tool, not a security product. It includes a configurable command blocklist to filter common destructive commands, but this is a convenience feature, not a guarantee of safety. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all actions executed by AI agents in your development environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHORS AND PUBLISHERS OF INSTANT APPROVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE EXTENSION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Data loss or corruption
• System damage
• Loss of revenue or business
• Actions taken by AI agents that were auto-approved

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled via LemonSqueezy. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Lifetime licenses are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not activated the license key.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension beyond what is permitted by law
• Share, redistribute, or sublicense your Pro license key
• Use the Extension to circumvent security controls in production environments

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the Extension and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the extension's changelog or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
